In addition to our 24-hour staffing for your peace of mind, your monthly rent for senior housing includes many services and amenities. Residents of the apartment homes in The Lodge on Preston Ridge enjoy three nutritious meals daily in our dining room. Also included in each resident’s monthly rent are weekly housekeeping, linen service, an emergency call system, Life Enhancement Program (Activities), scheduled transportation, all utilities (except telephone), basic cable TV, complimentary laundry facilities, the on-site Wellness Center, and much more!

Choose from Active Independent or Supportive Assisted Living in deluxe one bedroom, one bedroom, and studio units. The Lodge offers several levels of assisted care, the cost of each level of care* is based on a resident’s individual assessment provided by the professional staff at The Lodge on Preston Ridge.

Respite Care
Short Stay Services in The Lodge on Preston Ridge are dependent on unit availability. Rates are based on an individual assessment of service need.
