The Lodge Assisted Living Facility, Frisco, Texas

We want all of our residents at The Lodge on Preston Ridge to enjoy a healthy and active lifestyle.
To help promote this, we offer on-site Primary Care and a fully equipped physician exam room on our third floor. Our assisted living facility residents can see our visiting primary care physician in the convenience of their own home without having to travel offsite for such services.

The Lodge on Preston Ridge is designed to meet all our residents’ needs, now and in the future. If you don’t need the services of our assisted living program now, you might at a later time, and our highly competent care staff is committed to each resident’s well being. Assisted Living services are individually tailored by the The Lodge on Preston Ridge’s team of care professionals, based on an initial assessment and consultation with the resident, the family, the primary care provider or others. Our well trained staff, under the supervision of a licensed nurse, strives every day to help each resident engage in living well, to the best of their abilities, while being sensitive to each individual’s personal choices, independence and dignity. Our monthly fee structure for our assisted living program is based on the degree of need and frequency of interaction.

*In addition to the basic service and amenity package, Assisted Living services may include:

• Medication monitoring
• Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming
• Transferring and bathroom assistance
• Incontinence management
• Personal laundry
• Daily housekeeping
• Escorting to meals and activities
• Health care provider communications
